Support Staff

Our Support Staff are the backbone of the practice supplying the structure that enables the vets to provide care for your pets.

Administration & Accounts

Marilyn Williams

Marilyn joined the practice in 1988. She is the Practice Manager and deals with the accounts and general practice administration (as well as looking after the partners!)

Rose Sutton

Rose joined the practice in 1996 and is the practice accountant. She assists Marilyn, the practice manager, with the day to day running of the office and other administration duties.

Reception

Alexandra Hillitt

Alex joined the practice in 2007 as a part time receptionist. She has worked in veterinary practice in the past and increases our reception team to four.

Jen Lavery

Jen joined the practice as a part time receptionist in 2003 and works on most evening and alternate Saturdays.

Kathy Hawkins

Kathy joined the practice in 1999 and is our head receptionist. “I enjoy the challenge of working on reception, there is never a dull moment. I can understand the clients’ point of view as I used to be one myself!"

Kirsty Taylor

Kirsty joined the practice in 1998 and works part-time as a nurse and receptionist.
